Returns Policy
All sales are final no returns on powersport units unless accepted by East Central Sports Inc.
All sales are final on parts orders, please make sure you know what you are ordering when order is placed. If not sure give us a call direct!
Parts returns will be accepted with in 15 days of receiving parts ordered. Based on the distributor there will be a 25% restocking fee on any returned parts. Note this is not always the case! Buyer is responsible for shipping cost back to East Central Sports Inc. Please do call us if there is an issue!
Shipping
Powersport units are pick up only at our location. Except Evolution Golf Carts/YCF/Piranaha pit bikes we do ship direct to you.
After an order is placed one of our sales people will be in contact verifying where inventory is located and what store to pick up at.
Plows, Winches, parts ect we can ship to 48 states. If you are from Hawaii or Alaska please call to verify if we can ship to you.
East Central Sports is not responsible for any damages that may occur from shipping.

Return Policy
- NO RETURNS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON ELECTRICAL PARTS, MANUALS, DECALS, STICKERS, OR TOOLS. PARTS UNDER $10 ARE ALSO NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- All return claims of any kind must be returned to SSR Motorsports within (10) ten days of receipt of merchandise. If the claim is due to damage or shortage, you must keep the package and packaging for the carrier (UPS or USPS) to inspect. If we do not receive the items in the allotted time period, your package will be refused.
- Once you have received a Return Authorization number, print the RMA and secure it to the outside of the box. If the Return Authorization Form, with a valid Return Authorization number, is not on the outside of the box, it will be refused and returned to you.
- Each item must be returned in its new, original, unused, unworn, undamaged condition with no marks on the original packaging, and with all tags, labels, documentation, and protective covers intact. We will not accept damaged packaging. Damaged packaging may void your return and the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.
- All returns are subject to inspection for damage, misuse, or improper packaging. It is the sole discretion of SSR Motorsports to either provide a replacement, issue a credit, or return the item to you.
- In the event of a damaged or defective item, SSR Motorsports must be notified within (3) three days of your receipt of the item. Damaged return claims must be returned to SSR Motorsports within (10) ten days of receipt of merchandise. Please include a brief but accurate description of the damage to the item. Damaged items may only be exchanged for the exact item without exception.
- All returns incur a restock fee. Unless an item is an exchange, damaged or the error is the fault of SSR Motorsports.
- In the event of an item cancellation or item change, after the order has been processed, all of the above return policies will apply. These include but are not limited to a 25% restock fee. In most cases, the items have already been ordered and shipped from the manufacturer and cannot be canceled. Please be sure that you actually want an item before you order it.
- Backordered items may be canceled without penalty, but all other canceled items on the order will be subject to a restock fee.
- All returns will be shipped back to dealers' regular ground regardless of how the initial order was shipped.
- When returning your items please include a copy of the original sales invoice that was packaged with your parts.
Hammerhead (Drop Shipped)
- HammerHead Performance will NOT accept returns for:
- Used or damaged merchandise
- Electrical parts (CDI, stator, batteries, stereos, etc.)
- Performance Parts (exhaust systems, clutches, etc.)
- Engines
- Overnight or 2nd day orders
- International orders
- Items over 21 days from date of purchase (14 days upon receiving)
- Items that are drop-shipped
- Transmission (Forward / Reverse) Parts
- Items over $500
HammerHead Performance reserves the right to deny any return for any reason
Kayo (Drop Shipped)
Return parts must be in new condition and in original packaging. Credit will be issued upon Kayo receiving returned parts.
Kayo is not responsible for delays in shipping or shipments lost in transit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If Kayo is at fault for sending the wrong parts we will cover the return shipping.
It's at Kayo's discretion whether it will be approved or not. If approved, the return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
