Denago Powersports
Upgrade or replace your existing ignition system with our High-Performance Ignition Coil Wire, specifically engineered to fit the Denago MX Pit Bike. As item #2 in the Denago MX parts schematic, this premium-grade coil wire ensures reliable spark delivery, optimized combustion, and superior throttle response for your off-road machine.
Crafted for durability and performance, this ignition coil wire features high-conductivity copper core wiring with enhanced insulation, delivering consistent high-voltage output from the ignition coil to the spark plug. Whether you're trail riding, racing on the dirt track, or tearing through rugged terrain, this coil wire ensures a powerful, clean spark every time.
The Denago MX Pit Bike Coil Wire is heat-resistant, vibration-proof, and built to OEM specifications for a perfect fit and easy installation. It’s designed to endure the high-revving nature and heat exposure common to pit bikes, ensuring long-term reliability and reduced misfires.
Whether you’re maintaining your bike or performing a performance-focused ignition system upgrade, this is a critical component that ensures top-level engine operation. Don’t let a weak spark hold you back—ignite your ride with confidence.
Installing the Coil Wire for the Denago MX Pit Bike is straightforward and can be done with minimal tools in under 10 minutes. Here's how:
Phillips or flathead screwdriver (depending on coil mount screws)
Socket wrench set
Dielectric grease (recommended for connection points)
Turn Off the Engine: Make sure the bike is completely off and the ignition is switched to the OFF position.
Access the Ignition Coil: Locate the ignition coil assembly (refer to your Denago MX pit bike parts schematic – this is item #2).
Disconnect Old Coil Wire:
Gently pull off the coil wire boot from the spark plug.
Disconnect the other end from the ignition coil unit.
Prepare the New Coil Wire:
Inspect for any shipping bends or kinks.
Apply a small amount of dielectric grease inside the boot (optional, but recommended for water resistance and a better seal).
Install the New Wire:
Push one end firmly onto the ignition coil terminal.
Route the wire neatly and connect the other end securely to the spark plug.
Test the Connection: Start the engine and observe for steady idle and consistent rev response.
