24mm Performance Carb Kit
This kit is a great kit for Chinese XR50 type bikes with 100cc to 114cc engines. Much better performance than the typical small 18mm carb supplied with them. The kit includes:
– 24mm Carb
– Intake Kit
– Throttle Cable
– NEW – Dual Layer Foam Air Filter
In most cases, its bolt on and go without having to change the main jet but if you need additional jets, we carry them in this section as well.
Important Note: The cylinders on the Chinese engines and our cylinder in the 114cc kit have two extra cooling fins on the cylinder (as compared to Honda type cylinders) and they can interfere with the carb (depending on the head’s intake port height) . The simple fix is to grind them down a bit so the carb clears them. Easy to do and the performance increase is definitely worth the effort.
