2026 Electro & Co ETM RTR Lite 5kW Electric Dirt Bike

The 2026 Electro & Co ETM RTR Lite brings serious electric performance to a compact 14/12-wheel pit bike platform. Designed by Electro & Company as an affordable entry into the ETM RTR lineup, the RTR Lite combines 5,000 watts of maximum power, 45+ mph capability and a 60V 20Ah hot-swappable lithium battery with a chassis built to be customized and upgraded.

At approximately 120 lbs with a 30-inch seat height, the ETM RTR Lite provides a compact and maneuverable riding position while delivering considerably more performance than its small size might suggest.

Whether you're looking for an electric alternative to a traditional 110cc pit bike or want an electric dirt bike platform that can grow with future upgrades, the RTR Lite provides an impressive combination of performance, simplicity and customization.

5,000 Watts of Electric Power

The ETM RTR Lite produces up to 5,000 watts of maximum output through Electro & Company's ETM 65H IPM brushless motor.

With a maximum speed rated at 45+ mph, the RTR Lite delivers instant electric acceleration without a clutch, manual transmission or gasoline engine.

Three selectable power levels allow the rider to choose between different performance settings depending on riding conditions and experience.

60V 20Ah Hot-Swappable Battery

One of the best features of the ETM RTR platform is its battery system.

The RTR Lite comes equipped with a 60V 20Ah battery pack that's completely hot-swappable. Remove the quick-release seat and the battery can be swapped without tools, making it possible to exchange packs instead of waiting for the bike to recharge.

Electro & Company rates the stock battery for approximately 20–40 miles of riding, depending on riding conditions, speed, terrain and rider input.

Charging time ranges from approximately 1–4 hours depending on the charger, with a 4-amp charger included.

Built to Be Upgraded

The RTR Lite isn't designed as a dead-end entry-level bike.

Electro & Company engineered the ETM chassis around future customization. The battery system can accommodate larger battery configurations, and the frame incorporates TruMoto controller mounting provisions for future power upgrades.

The stock 60V 20Ah battery can be upgraded, and Electro & Company lists the platform as expandable up to 72V 45Ah. A proper controller tune is required when converting a 60V RTR Lite to certain 72V configurations.

That makes the RTR Lite especially appealing for riders who want to start with a more affordable electric pit bike today while retaining the ability to increase performance later.

14/12 MX Wheel Setup

The ETM RTR Lite uses a traditional pit-bike wheel combination with:

Front: 60/100-14 MX tire
Rear: 80/100-12 MX tire

Combined with its 44.5-inch wheelbase and 30-inch seat height, the 14/12 setup keeps the bike compact and responsive while providing enough room for teen and adult riders.

E&C-Tuned Suspension

Up front, the RTR Lite uses 48mm Electro & Company-tuned forks designed around the ETM platform.

A pit-bike-grade rear shock handles suspension duties at the rear.

The suspension works with Electro & Company's tubular steel frame and rigid swingarm to create a solid, predictable off-road chassis.

Tubular Steel Frame With Removable Subframe

Unlike many basic electric pit bikes, the ETM RTR was designed from the ground up as Electro & Company's own platform.

The chassis uses an E&C-designed tubular steel frame, removable rear subframe and rigid swingarm with MX axle blocks.

The replaceable subframe is particularly useful because damage doesn't necessarily mean replacing the entire main frame.

Adjustable Rider Ergonomics

Electro & Company designed the footpeg system with adjustable mounting positions, allowing riders to tailor the riding position.

Lightweight high-traction E&C-designed pegs provide grip, while the larger rider area helps make the RTR Lite comfortable for riders who may feel cramped on smaller traditional pit bikes.

LCD Rider Display

A handlebar-mounted LCD display keeps important information directly in front of the rider.

The display provides information including:

  • Speed
  • Battery level
  • Trip information
  • Odometer
  • Selected riding mode

The display is mounted between E&C's forged triple clamps for a clean cockpit layout.

Front & Rear Disc Brakes

The RTR Lite uses Electro & Company pit-bike disc brakes front and rear.

The braking system is designed around the bike's lightweight chassis, providing braking control without unnecessary weight.

Electric Alternative to a 110cc Pit Bike

Electro & Company describes the RTR Lite as its "Affordable 110 Killer," and that gives us an important way to position this model.

The RTR Lite has the compact size and 14/12 wheel combination associated with traditional 110cc pit bikes, but replaces the gasoline engine and transmission with an electric powertrain capable of 5kW maximum output and 45+ mph.

There is no gasoline to mix or fill, no carburetor to jet, no engine oil to change and no clutch or manual gearbox to operate.

For someone considering a traditional 110cc or 125cc pit bike but interested in electric power, the ETM RTR Lite provides a very different option.
