2026 Electro & Co ETM RTR Sport 8kW Electric Dirt Bike
Electro & Co2026 Electro & Co ETM RTR Sport 8kW Electric Dirt Bike
The 2026 Electro & Co ETM RTR Sport takes the compact ETM electric pit-bike platform to the next level with 8,000 watts of maximum power, a 72V 25Ah hot-swappable lithium battery and speeds of 55+ mph.
For 2026, Electro & Company significantly upgraded the Sport with its Revolver Sport 65H IPM brushless motor, improved drivetrain, firmer adjustable suspension and strengthened chassis components. The result is a compact 14/12-wheel electric dirt bike built for riders who want substantially more performance than an entry-level electric pit bike.
At approximately 130 lbs with a 30-inch seat height, the RTR Sport retains the compact dimensions that make the ETM platform so maneuverable while packing serious 72-volt electric performance.
8,000 Watts of Electric Power
The RTR Sport produces up to 8,000 watts of maximum output and is rated for speeds of 55+ mph.
Three selectable power levels allow the rider to adjust performance, while the electric drivetrain delivers immediate throttle response without a clutch or traditional manual transmission.
Compared with the RTR Lite's 5kW/60V powertrain, the Sport is the logical step up for riders looking for considerably stronger acceleration and higher top-end performance.
New Revolver Sport 65H Motor
A major upgrade for the 2026 RTR Sport is Electro & Company's Revolver Sport 65H IPM brushless motor.
Electro & Company redesigned the motor for increased torque, stronger sustained power delivery and improved thermal efficiency. The Sport motor is rated at 150°C, helping it handle the demands of harder riding.
Power is transferred through a high-strength 420 chain, another important distinction from the lighter-duty RTR Lite drivetrain.
72V 25Ah Hot-Swappable Battery
The Sport comes standard with a 72V 25Ah lithium battery pack.
Like the rest of the RTR platform, the battery is hot-swappable and requires no tools for removal. The quick-release seat provides easy battery access, allowing riders with additional battery packs to swap batteries rather than waiting for the bike to recharge.
Electro & Company rates the stock battery for approximately 30–50 miles, depending on speed, terrain, rider weight and riding conditions.
Expandable Battery Platform
The ETM RTR Sport is designed around future upgrades rather than locking the rider into the stock configuration.
Electro & Company lists the battery compartment as expandable up to 72V 45Ah, and the company offers larger direct-fit ETM RTR battery packs for riders looking for increased capacity.
That upgradeability is one of the Sport's strongest advantages for riders who may want more range or performance in the future.
55+ MPH From a Compact 14/12 Platform
Despite its performance, the RTR Sport remains a compact electric pit bike.
It rides on:
Front: 60/100-14 MX tire
Rear: 80/100-12 MX tire
The 30-inch seat height and 44.5-inch wheelbase give the Sport traditional pit-bike proportions, while the 14/12 wheel combination keeps the bike responsive and maneuverable.
For riders who want more size, Electro & Company also supports wheel and drivetrain upgrades for the RTR platform.
Dual-Adjustable 48mm Front Forks
The Sport receives a suspension upgrade over the Lite.
Up front are 48mm Electro & Company-tuned dual-adjustable forks with a firmer setup intended for more aggressive riding.
The rear uses a firm, adjustable pit-bike-grade shock, giving the rider additional suspension tuning capability.
This helps separate the Sport from basic electric pit bikes that use non-adjustable suspension components.
Improved Front & Rear Disc Brakes
With additional speed comes the need for better braking.
Electro & Company equips the 2026 RTR Sport with its new and improved pit-bike disc brakes front and rear, designed to work with the bike's lightweight chassis and increased performance.
Strengthened ETM Chassis
The RTR Sport uses an E&C-designed tubular steel frame with a replaceable rear subframe.
For 2026, the bike also uses an extra-rigid swingarm with CNC MX-style axle blocks, helping create a more durable chassis for harder riding.
The removable subframe adds serviceability because damage to the rear structure doesn't necessarily require replacement of the complete main frame.
Adjustable Rider Position
Electro & Company's ultra-grippy footpegs mount to a reinforced, replaceable peg mount.
The mounting position is adjustable, allowing the rider to alter the peg location and riding position.
Combined with the full-length padded seat, this gives riders more ability to tailor the compact RTR chassis to their preferred riding style.
LCD Rider Display
A handlebar-mounted LCD display keeps important information directly in front of the rider.
The ETM display provides access to riding information and works with the bike's selectable power settings.
Built for Future Performance Upgrades
One of the biggest reasons to consider the ETM RTR Sport is that the platform doesn't have to stay stock.
Electro & Company offers direct-fit battery, wheel, drivetrain and powertrain upgrades for the RTR platform. The company currently offers a TruMoto upgrade path capable of taking a 2026 RTR Sport beyond the stock 8kW configuration, giving performance-minded owners room to build the bike as their needs change.
For customers who enjoy modifying their machines, that gives the ETM platform a major advantage over electric bikes with closed or difficult-to-upgrade powertrains.
ETM RTR Sport vs. RTR Lite
Choosing between the Lite and Sport comes down largely to how much performance you want.
The RTR Lite is the more affordable entry into the ETM platform with a 5kW motor, 60V 20Ah battery and 45+ mph capability.
The RTR Sport steps up to 8kW, 72V 25Ah, 55+ mph, the Revolver Sport motor, 420 chain and upgraded adjustable suspension.
If maximum affordability is the priority, the Lite makes sense. If you already know you want more power and speed from the factory, the Sport is the stronger choice.
